Service Agreement

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of websites, applications, APIs, and related services provided by Xuzhou Jiexiaokui Network Technology Co., Ltd ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to this Agreement and applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

2. Service Coverage
Services include network technology development, technical consulting, technical services, digital content production services (excluding publishing and distribution), internet sales operations (excluding goods requiring licenses), wholesale and retail support, self-media content operations, market marketing planning, enterprise management consulting, graphic design, advertising design, and advertising agency services.
Services also include mobile management applications distributed via Google Play, Apple App Store, and other lawful app marketplaces.
3. Eligibility and Age Requirements
You must have legal capacity to enter this Agreement. If local law requires a minimum age for digital consent, you must meet that age or use the service under lawful guardian authorization.
Child-directed usage is restricted where prohibited. Additional youth protections apply under local law and platform rules.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for account credentials, lawful use of services, and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it when needed.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use services for unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or malicious activities. Prohibited activities include unauthorized access, data scraping in violation of law, malware distribution, fraud, and violation of marketplace policies.
6. App Store and Platform Terms
Applications distributed through Google Play, Apple App Store, and other marketplaces are additionally subject to those store terms, payment rules, content standards, age-rating rules, and policy updates.
If there is a conflict between platform mandatory requirements and this Agreement, mandatory platform obligations and applicable law control to the extent required.
7. Advertising and Monetization Terms
Our services may display app open ads, rewarded video ads, interstitial ads, banner ads, and native ads where lawful and disclosed. Ad delivery may be handled through one or more monetization platforms, including Google AdMob and other approved partners.
Users may receive ad-based experiences and frequency-capped content. Rewarded ads may provide in-app benefits as specified in product interfaces.
Ad fraud, artificial traffic, incentivized abuse, or manipulation of ad interactions is prohibited and may result in account restrictions.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights in our software, designs, trademarks, logos, content structures, and proprietary methods are owned by or licensed to the Company. Except where explicitly allowed, no copying, reverse engineering, resale, or derivative use is permitted.
9. Client and User Content
You retain ownership of content you lawfully submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process such content solely for service delivery, support, compliance, and legal obligations.
You represent that your content and business data do not violate law, rights of others, or store policies.
10. Commercial Terms and Payment
Enterprise service pricing, delivery scope, and payment terms are defined in project-specific contracts or statements of work.
For app marketplace purchases (if applicable), transaction processing is handled by the relevant app store under its billing framework.
11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of law, policy abuse, security threats, non-payment under agreed contracts, or repeated breach of this Agreement.
Users may stop using services at any time. Where required by platform rules, account deletion options are provided in-app or by support process.
12. Service Availability and Changes
We may modify features, interface flows, partner integrations, and service components to improve performance, comply with law, or satisfy platform policy obligations.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, but we maintain commercially reasonable operational practices.
13. Disclaimers
Except where prohibited by law, services are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. We disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the extent allowed by law.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from service use.
Where limitation is restricted by mandatory law, liability is limited only to the extent permitted.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, costs, and expenses resulting from your unlawful conduct, policy violations, or infringement caused by your use of services.
16. Compliance with Country and Regional Laws
Users must comply with local laws in their jurisdiction, including consumer protection, advertising regulation, data protection, sanctions, and export controls.
Service operation in Europe, North America, and other regions is subject to local mandatory legal requirements. We may restrict or adjust service features to maintain compliance.
17. Privacy and Data Protection Reference
Processing of personal information is governed by our Privacy Agreement. By using services, you acknowledge and accept the privacy terms and data handling rules applicable to your region.
18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law, this Agreement is governed by applicable laws connected to the Company service operations and relevant contractual arrangements.
Disputes should first be raised through support@jiexiaokui.com for good-faith resolution. If unresolved, disputes are handled in a competent forum as permitted by applicable law and contract terms.
19. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement to reflect legal, operational, security, or platform policy changes. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the revised terms, except where law requires additional consent.
